I’m trying not to weigh myself daily. I haven’t hit a rhythm yet of a weekly weigh-in, either, so for now, I’m just getting on the scale when I feel like the news might be good. Thank goodness it was this morning, as a 4-pound loss seems like positive reinforcement for joining the gym.

Reeling it backGoal:Well, turns out if you go wildly off your eating plan and stop exercising as much, you gain weight back! I had lost almost 76 pounds, but as of August 7, was up to only 67 lost. Time to get it back on track. Not sure of my goals yet, but we'll see how the four-week recovery goes.
