I’ve been hitting my daily calorie goals, although sometimes using not-so-healthy choices. I’ve also had a few giant diet cokes. On the other hand, I’ve hit the gym or walked almost every day.
Still, a plateau at 5 and a half pounds. And, I’m feeling the tug of work responsibilities, which I fear will keep me from the gym today, which may be the day I need a push to get to 6 pounds.
I know plateaus happened, I just didn’t expect to hit one so quickly. Ugh!
