Eat This Not That (In Moderation)

It isn’t exactly good for me, but it isn’t as bad as it could be. It is like a savory meringue with chocolate ganache filling. It is:

1 very ripe avocado
2 TBS cocoa powder
2 TBS honey
Dash vanilla or cinnamon (but not both)

Mash it all together until it looks like chocolate pudding. Spread about a third of it on one wafer of this mysterious yet kind of awesome food product called Kim’s Magic Pop, and put the rest in the fridge for later. Fold it in half and eat it like cake.

One wafer is about 8 inches in diameter, and has 4 g of carbs and 15 calories. It looks and tastes a little like a super-flat, single-cell rice cake. It is essentially a wheat/brown rice/corn puff.

I’d take a photo, but, um … well … maybe next time. We were down to only one Magic Pop puff, and the need for a chocolate delivery system overwhelmed my instinct to share.
