Reeling it back
Goal:Well, turns out if you go wildly off your eating plan and stop exercising as much, you gain weight back! I had lost almost 76 pounds, but as of August 7, was up to only 67 lost. Time to get it back on track. Not sure of my goals yet, but we'll see how the four-week recovery goes.

Day 3: 164 pounds
Day 4: 162 pounds
Day 5: 162 pounds
Day 6: 162 pounds, off the detox
